After successfully completing my studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana in 1993, I started my career in the Higher Court of Koper as a court intern, where after passing the state bar exam I progressed to the position judicial clerk at the civil department and later to secretary of this court.

In 2001 I was elected judge of the Circuit Court of Koper, where I dealt with litigious and non-litigious matters and led the civil department.

In 2007 I was appointed to the position of district judge in the District Court of Koper, where I solved litigious cases. I became head of the civil department and the mediation department until the end of my judicial career.

I started my career as an attorney in a law firm Čeferin, whereas in 2011 I set up my own law firm, where with my many years of experience in civil law I am able to professionally assist my clients and solve the problems raised in the shortest possible time.
